Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Ensure recruitment is done in adherence to Majid Al Futtaim policies and procedures.
  • Creatively source candidates from various channels inclusive of research, social media and networking.
  • Responsible for sourcing, assessing and supporting the onboarding process for new talent and internal talent.
  • Ensure the selection of top talent in the market through the assessment of capabilities, experience and potential for growth within the business.
  • Systemize the screening processes to ensure alignment on selecting the right candidate while ensuring the selection of suitable talent is completed within service level agreement.
  • Explore overseas and local markets for suitable talent and recommends reputed agents to assist in searching and selecting and negotiates terms with reasonable charges before submitting for required approvals.
  • Ensure roles adverts comply to corporate policy and selects appropriate platforms.
  • Follow approval protocol for hiring procedures and final terms of employment.
  • Review and submit statistical reports on recruitment activities and highlights any area causing delays and difficulties that should require his interference.
  • Participate in the annual budget and manpower planning and monitors actual expenditure.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process from job postings to various mediums to candidates’ start date.
  • Source, screen, select, interview and evaluate potential candidates to join dynamic team on a global scale.
  • Maintain best practices in recruitment compliance and identify alternative recruitment methods to target, attract and maintain a highly skilled and diversified applicant pool
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through the interview and pre-employment process by responding to and resolving questions that may arise.
  • Support and consult with internal business partners throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure up-to-date recruitment metrics are maintained and communicated to key team members on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files in the company’s applicant tracking system and shared folders
  • Manage offers to ensure approval to hires, offer letter creation and pre-onboarding requirements are met by close collaboration with the selected candidate.

Minimum experience

3-5 years of recruiting experience, working in a recruiting capacity, preferably as a junior level recruiter. Demonstrated great networking skills and ability to enable high-quality recruiting partnerships.

Experience with applicant tracking systems.


Minimum Qualifications/education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field is preferred.

CIPD certification preferred.
