Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TA BP) will oversee and drive the talent acquisition (TA) strategies and operations for Majid Al Futtaim Properties. The TA BP will also be accountable for ensuring a positive candidate experience across all touch points of the recruitment process as well as working closely with the Hiring Manager and Human Capital team to ensure recruitment effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with Candidates and Hiring Managers, striving to create an exceptional experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders such as the Talent Acquisition Director, Talent Acquisition Centre Of Execllence, and Talent Sourcing to ensure optimum recruitment strategies are applied to each search.
  • Advise and support hiring managers on best practices, policies and procedures throughout the hiring journey.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process for their specified company, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Implement Competency and Performance Based hiring methods to assess and select the best talent for the business.
  • Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the TA function.
  • Offer management and negotiation with selected candidates in an efficient and timely manner.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and bring best practices and innovative solutions to their business.
  • Regularly review and refine recruitment processes in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
  • Work closely with TA COE and Talent Sourcing on Employer Branding efforts.

Onboarding Excellence:

  • Collaborate with Human Capital and Employee Life Cycle to facilitate a smooth pre-onboarding process for new hires, enabling their seamless integration into the company culture.
  • Stay in close contact with candidates to ensure a positive start within the organization.
