Role Purpose:

The role of the Talent Management Associate will deliver Talent Management services and assist market Talent Management in processes (Performance Management Administration, Potential Management Administration, Reporting & Analytics, etc.) at a consistently defined service level while working with Talent Management.

This role will ensure a consistent service delivery of Talent Management services to all markets and will support GS

lead in implementing process improvements

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Performance Management Administration:

Continually monitor Performance Management Administration (Objective Setting, Year End, 360, Continuous Feedback) to ensure timely completion of the performance management process.
Update/upload talent management forms, templates on the system.
In case of Bulk Upload for front liners-Upload individual goals.
Monitor and/or follow up with employees and managers to ensure allotted programs and initiatives are completed on time.
Resolve manager/employee queries on all of the talent management processes to ensure SLA’s are met.
Resolve technical challenges faced by employees and escalate to relevant function.
Monitor completion of talent management programs and support with administrative transactions.  
Manage tool related technical escalation.
Consolidate and roll up ratings as per calibration matrix.
Handle internal escalations.

Potential Management Administration (9BOX):

Notify Managers update potential ratings.
Monitor the 9 box ratings and send timely reminders.
Include Associates in Talent pool for succession.

Support in Talent Management Administrative Tasks:

Check the TM tool and configure it for the TM process
Resolve any technical issues with the tool
Provide process completion reports
Conduct periodic audits on data sanctity


Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare monthly people data report and share it with respective markets
Analyse 360 feedback data and share with respective stakeholders
Address any queries regarding the survey analysis
Report periodically on the diversity metrics
Periodically review the reporting required with HCBP and Talent CoE and provide clarifications on the reports as required.

Job Dimension – (E.g. Revenue & Budget size, Sales Volume etc.)

Supports the Talent Management Programs GS Shared Service for all regions and all business units.

Administrative Task for PMS, IDP, New Hire Development and PIP *SF, 360 degree etc.

Other Context (if applicable):

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines and minimal support
  • Manage administrative responsibilities for HR Shared Services, within the agreed SLA.

Minimum experience

2+ years of general professional experience in Talent Management or HC Administration.  

  • Minimum of 1-year experience working with other HR systems such as Talent and Performance Management systems (Success Factors preferred).
  • Prior experience with talent assessment and succession planning is preferred.
  • Prior experience accessing information in SAP a plus.
  • Experience in a large, global organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and detail-orientation, commitment to flawless execution.


Minimum Qualifications/education

B.A. in a business discipline

HR Certification and/or relevant HR Training Education and/or experience required. (CIPD)
