JOB TITLE
Success Factor Developer | MAF Global Solutions | MAF Tech

ROLE SUMMARY:

The role of the SuccessFactors Developer should have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities. SF HCDX Developer should understand business requirements, configuration, development and assist in testing the solution, provide on-going support. Provide periodical support and serve as a system development.

ROLE PROFILE:

• Responsible for system development on SAP Success Factors Modules in liaison with the HCDX COE team.
• Responsible for system setup and configuration on the assignd module.
• Conducts gap analysis, reviews, and recommends process optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement Role Based Permissions according to the product architectural design to ensure compliance in permission levels across the organization.
• Conducts cross modular analysis and liaise with all module product owners to ensure consisteny and assess the impact on other modules before any execution.
• Takes a leading role and acts as a focal point of contact with the Global Services HC Tower Leads when implementing the various HC projects to provide technical HC system support.
• Initiate and conduct periodical system audits and share wit the business the outcome for decision making on all data cleansing exercises.
• Design and deploy training materials required for all system configuration and provide ongoing support and training of admin users to ensure effective utilization of SAP SuccessFactors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work independently on assignments and projects and performs a diverse array of responsibilities and duties.
• 5 years’ plus progressive HC digital experience in SAP Success Factors.
• Experience in Shared Services model or similar setup in a large organization as well as HC systems’ implementations
• Certified SAP Success Factors relevant modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position
• Strong technical and HC operational knowledge to translate the business needs into end to end solution
