JOB TITLE
Senior Sales Manager - Business to Business | MAF Lifestyle | Business-to-Business

ROLE SUMMARY
The B2B Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing monthly, quarterly and annually sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development. The role holder is also responsible for sourcing new clients and for the department's performance against sales targets.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Achieve the Budget set by closing B2B transactions and sourcing new clients
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Coach and develop the right techniques for the team to deliver the required behaviors and approaches to existing and new clients
  • Streamline operational processes and SOPs in line with the B2B selling techniques and best practices
  • Achieve sales targets through a pro-active commercial agenda, developing and planning new business initiatives that drive overall sales and business improvement.
  • Improve the department brand portfolio related to B2B (visiting International Exhibitions like Ambiente, Maison & Objet etc…)
  • Prepare weekly reports to include projects in the pipeline as well as confirmed orders with status and payment collection update
  • Ensure that all events and exhibitions participation are fully maximized in relation to sales, stock and brand building, in conjunction with Marketing and the Merchandising and Planning teams


REQUIREMENTS
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field
  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role in Home Retail or Hospitality
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
