ROLE SUMMARY
Senior Manager – Enterprise Applications plays a critical role in delivering successful solutions by collaborating with business and technology groups to elicit requirements and manage the design and development, implementation, and production support of the Enterprise applications across MAF Group (Properties, Holding, Global Solutions, Trust, Lifestyle and LEC). The role continually monitors system performance, user utilization, and system adoption and resolves issues.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead the strategic planning, development and execution of enterprise applications roadmap and initiatives, aligning them with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback and ensuring they have the necessary skills, tools, and resources to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with executive business stakeholders, vendors, partners, and cross-functional technology teams to define the business needs, scope the projects, prioritize the tasks, and resolve the issues.
  • Manage various project initiatives and transformation programs with efficacy at the root level and ensure timely delivery under one umbrella of IT organization structure and team.
  • Manage vendor support services, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with security practices, guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure the successful development and delivery of transformations, enhancements, improvements, and projects. Coordinate efforts with Project Managers to prevent operational issues.
  • Manage the enterprise applications' budget, resources, and risks and ensure they are within the approved limits and expectations.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 9+ years leading large-scale projects and managing enterprise application delivery.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in people management.
  • Minimum of 4 years in ERP, HC, Project & Delivery Management; minimum of 4+ full life cycle implementation of enterprise systems
  • Mandatory—must have experience implementing and managing operations support for Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, or Microsoft D365 in Finance, Procurement, Projects, Inventory, Finance consolidation and Planning systems, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Mandatory – must have experience managing an enterprise applications landscape with complex integrations.
  • Desired to have architecture certifications.
