Role Purpose:

The role of the Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in increasing revenue by identifying and selling our products to B2B clients in all fields while achieving quarterly target. Corporate clients looking for a venue for events such as town halls, team building, presentations, private screening, will be the target clients. Also attracting sponsorships and in-store branding opportunities, activating deals for optimizing returns

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Delivery & Support

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking by using various channels
  • Identify key clients and maintain relationship with all potential and existing organizations/ Partners
  • Research, prospect, and sell professionally to achieve maximum potential revenue for corporate and school segment
  • Reach out to organizations, corporations, trade shows and special functions on regular basis (existing and new clients) to sell, educational programs, field trips, school groups & corporate groups
  • Promote our leisure units and generate footfall and revenue through B2B (business to business) and B2C sales (business to customer)
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales
  • Growing database and constant classification for follow-ups
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
  • Provide concrete feedback to the Sales Manager/Head of Department on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the market, because of direct sales solicitation, telephone, competition check, networking, and direct mail, with his/her accounts
  • Handle all clients’ requirements and deliver accordingly, within operational parameters

 

Account Management

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Establish and maintain relationship with potential clients and offer them the company products/services
  • Ensure full market penetration
  • Work closely with Marketing and communicate material to send out to potential clients and direct mailshots are regular and relevant to our products
  • Handle bookings from the prospect stage to closing the deal, Update and record all reservations and confirmations of all groups
  • Send proposal, negotiate, and close deals

Administration

  • Be responsible for all administrative requirements including reports, correspondence, logistics, event orders, budget reports
  • Enter all client details on Salesforce
  • Prepare function sheets and communicate it with the operation team on site
  • Liaise between client and internal departments during pre and post-sales process such as liaising with finance for invoicing
  • Update and record all bookings, ensuring fluent communication of bookings across all departments

 

Definition of Success

Meet department sales targets as establish on a quarterly basis

Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager

Creativity in keeping the accounts active and cross selling through the different services and offers by MAF LEC

Creativity in building affiliations / partnerships and brining in sponsorships

Minimum experience

Minimum Qualifications/education

Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar subject matter
