JOB TITLE
Project Development Manager - MEP - Real Estate | MAF Retail | Egypt Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Development Manager is responsible for directing the project management of special projects assigned within approved project parameters like cost, timelines, functionality and quality in order to meet the set objectives. The role holder is also responsible for acquiring resources, coordinating efforts of team members and vendors/consultants to deliver projects according to the plan.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Contribute to the development of the Project Management strategy, policies, systems, and processes for executing projects in order to fulfil the Project Management requirements in line with the vision, mission and overall strategy of MAF Retail.
  • Create and execute project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Set up project teams post project approval, ensure efficient and effective coordination with internal departments for the preparation of project design and tenders
  • Manage the selection of appropriate vendors and consultants for assigned projects
  • Provide overall direction in the planning, organising, management and control of various projects in order to ensure that the project cycle is completed meeting agreed project parameters, standards and objectives
  • Monitor projects and teams and ensure proper execution and completion in a timely manner and in line with set plans and budget while ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Conduct regular reviews and monitor actual performance against set plans and KPIs and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with all internal departments and for the complete execution of the projects from inception to completion.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • PMP is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience.
  • Master’s degree in in Business Administration is preferred.
