Project Associate Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects in Global Solutions. Scope will include, but not limited to, services across Finance, Human Capital, Government Relations, Procurement and Technology. The Project Manager will deliver required scope, on-time and at budget and manage the stakeholders across the implementation.

ROLE PROFILE

  • PMO Support Function:
  •  Mobilize the core team, with support from the sponsor o Develop a clear charter and conduct a kick-off meeting with the core and extended team.
  •  Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
  • Project Planning, Scoping and Estimation:
  • Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
  • Choose and implement effective scoping and estimating methods for projects o Devel
  • Project Reporting:
  • Developing and managing the project budget
  • Estimating costs and resources needed for the project o Tracking expenses and ensuring they stay within budget
  • Adjusting project plans as needed to maintain budget and timeline constra
  • Budget & Time Management:
  •  Periodically track and assess the project risks and develop plans to mitigate such risks.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.
  • Budget management experience is preferre
  • Management of Stakeholders:
  • Continuously communicate with various stakeholders to align them towards set project goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with departments within the organization; This includes working closely with Human Capital (HC), Finance
  • Creating and distributing project status reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any issues or risks.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, system integration, or similar roles, with focus on project management and delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, Management, or engineering) is preferred, but not required.
  • At least one project management certification (PMP/Prince2/ACP) or equivalent certification is a must.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Projects software- Vode , OBS
  • Proficient in English language (both written and spoken) is a must
  • Consulting, Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing experience. (Preferred)
