The Program Manager - Emiratization Projects at Majid Al Futtaim plays a critical role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of Emiratization initiatives. These initiatives are integral to our commitment to employ 3000 Nationals by 2026. The Program Manager will work under the guidance of the Emiratisation Lead and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of these projects. This role requires strong administrative and project management expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to tight deadlines. The Program Manager will also be responsible for engaging with various external and internal stakeholders, including HC Centre of Excellence, OpCo Human Capital teams, Global Solutions central, partners and Government agencies.

 

Role Profile:

  • Lead and manage all Emiratization projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within established timelines.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Emiratisation Lead to execute and refine Emiratization project strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company's vision and 2026 Emiratization targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including OpCo Human Capital teams, Group Services, and Government agencies, to ensure the success of Emiratization projects.
  • Program Management: Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and address potential issues or obstacles. Ensure all Emiratization initiatives meet or exceed their intended outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including budget and personnel, to support the successful execution of Emiratization projects.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on the status and progress of Emiratization projects, ensuring all documentation and reporting meet company standards.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and government policies related to Emiratization, and ensure that all projects adhere to these requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Emiratization projects, striving for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sit in and present the Emiratisation Lead when needed in internal workshops, meetings and external MAF representation.
  • Preparing reports, presentation artwork and all necessary materials 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in program or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of General Human Resources and Emiratization policies and regulations is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • MAF, Tawteen Experience is a plus
