JOB TITLE
Commercial Trading Manager (Import & Export)| MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY
The Commercial Trading Manager will be responsible of handling and managing all the International Trade aspects (Import & Export) between MAF Countries. He/She will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail. They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


ROLE PROFILE

• Handling with the suppliers the needed goods specs and prices negotiation to meet the countries needs
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and other documents requested by the country
• Define with the sourcing team their needs 
• Negotiate contract with international suppliers
• Participate in the supplier sourcing by ensuring suppliers are well aware of import guidelines and rules to respect
• Prices simulation to compete the market
• Ensure that goods are exported on time at the expected dates with the right quantities, good quality and in the most efficient way to meet country requests
• Ensure proper reporting and documentations for all import / export operations procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications/education

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant
  Minimum experience
• 6+ years in a similar position
• 2+ years in retail

• Import/Export know-how : incoterms, international transport, insurance, documentation
