- Coordinate with service provider to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments from source to destination thus meeting the business requirements.
- Monitor order fulfillment of daily replenishments, launches, returns, deliveries and highlight any discrepancy or issue related to the orders and deliveries.
- Ensuring that the services providers meet or exceeds the SLA and the agreed KPIs.
- Share the forecasts of future intakes and manage the capacity of the service providers to meet our business needs.
- Address and escalate shipment, warehouse, inventory issues and incidents such as damages, discrepancies, and delays to line manager.
- Prepare and maintain KPI reports (WH performance, service provider performance, shipment tracking, etc.) and report to line manager on regular basis.

- Update the performance tracker (contract vs actual) regularly and raise the flag in case of any variance.
- Raise PR/PO and submit billing invoices in relevant systems and make sure all payments are processed by FSSC on time.
- Identify areas of improvements in processes to strengthen our operational excellence.
- Responsible for maintaining a healthy stock integrity in our system Vs the physical stock by following the business processes.
- Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.

- Responding to all customer inquiries and providing relevant updates and timely information to all stakeholders.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the 3PL and service provider to ensure that MAF Deliverables are met.
