ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Global Solutions – Learning a Development Senior Specialist will be responsible for implementing, coordinating Learning and Development operations processes for related Operatio Companies. He/she applies Learning and Development expertise when it comes to Training Need Analysis, external vendor management, Training coordination and learning digital platform. The incumbent will be required to clearly communicate with relevant stakeholders and provides relevant progress reporting.
ROLE PROFILE
- Support the planning of learning and development activities to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure that the various activities meet the organizational needs against agreed plans.
- Support the Learning and Developmen Operations Manager with identifying training and development needs within an organization through appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and Human Capital Business Partners.
- Assist in the analysis of the impact of training for individuals using various methodologies and in consultation with line managers and or stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external training providers to meet various functional needs.
- Provide initial recommendations for vendors profiles, analyze then share with stakeholders.
- Manage the reporting system to track progress, create customized and or standard reports to meet the needs of the various stakeholders, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Support in Consolidating employees’ feedback and generate reports and insights.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in Human Resources with a focus Learning and Development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate experience and knowledge of relevant learning and Development tasks and processes.
- Experience in handling Learning and Development activities across all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Learning and Development frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience developing strong, effective working relationships and networks with key stakeholders and relevant external organizations.
