ROLE SUMMARY

 The L&D Digital Content Designer is responsible for designing, digitizing, and developing engaging and compelling eLearning solutions by working with subject matter experts to cater to the target audience development needs. He/She applies creative design theories, practice, and media for the learners to acquire knowledge, skills & competencies in an effective and appealing manner. In collaboration with the Digital Content Design Manager and L&D Business Partners.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support The Organization By Designing And Developing Creative E-Learning Solutions By Integrating Material Provided By Subject Matter Experts And Content Curators
• Effectively Design Engaging Learning Activities, Assignments, And Assessments Aligned With Content Which Creates Visual Appeal To Enhance Initiatives At MAF Retail
• Use E-learning Authoring Tools To Build Online Learning Experiences That Include Assessments, Interactive Activities, Animated Videos, Graphics And Images, And Text-Based Content
• Formulate Creative Solutions By Creating Supporting Material/Media (Audio, Video, Simulations, Role Plays, Games Etc.) To Compliment Content And Engage Audience Interacting With Learning Material
• Work Closely With L&D Team To Analyze, Update, And Refine Existing Online Content, To Standardize And Ensure Compliance Across The Region
• Maintain Knowledge Of New Developments In Learning Science, Design, And Learning Technologies To Make Informed Digital Recommendations To Stakeholders
• Maintain Project Documentation, Timelines And Follow Up On Requests To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Digital Solutions To The Organization
• Ensure That Digital Journeys Created, Clearly Aligns With The Content, Brand, And Outcomes Of Initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• Bs Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education Technology Or Related Field
•  5+ Years Relevant Experience In A Similar Role 
• Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel And Design Software (Articulate, Vyond, Etc.)
• Experience In LMS Administration, Organization, And Data Reporting
• Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Colleagues And Clients
• Tech Savvy And Digital Authoring Skills Using Adobe, Creative Cloud, Illustrator Etc.
