Government Relation Associate

ROLE SUMMARY
As the Government Relations Officer for Entertainment Egypt, your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of governmental relations pertinent to our operations. This includes managing the opening of new SSI files across Egypt, ensuring seamless communication with relevant government offices, and staying abreast of legislative developments that may impact our business. By maintaining strong relationships with public sectors and adhering to local laws and regulations, you will facilitate

ROLE PROFILE

• Follow all governmental documents related to the employees, and their dependents as per internal policy by obeying all local laws, rules, and Regulations.
• Working the governmental relations with all public sectors to ensure smooth approval process flow and support in special cases.
• Follow with governmental departments (Labor, Ministry of Interior etc.) efficiently to ensure expediting of formalities and document processing.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations relevant transactions and activities plus updating all internal processes/procedures immediately if there are any changes
• Ensure a proper and complete documentation of all required information/approvals.
• Maintain a reporting system regarding any violations / penalties through government agencies and develop a corrective action plan.
• Receive all governmental relations requests and coordinate with the team to ensure timely processing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Military service completed.
• Awareness of laws related to labor & SSI.
• Proficient understanding of labor laws and Social Security Insurance regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with governmental sectors.
