Role Purpose:

This position is based in Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions (GS).  Majid Al Futtaim. Global Solutions is responsible for all the transactional HC operations of the entities including Talent Sourcing, Learning & Development Operations, Talent management, Total Rewards, Global Payroll, and Employee Life Cycle.

Here's what you can do at Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions I HC  delivery team:

 

  • Talent Sourcing: Source and identify top talent through various channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to build a strong candidate pool.
  • Learning & Development: Assist in developing and implementing training programs, manage learning platforms, and track employee development progress.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees, design career development plans, and recommend talent mobility opportunities.
  • Total Rewards & Global Payroll: Support the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Employee Life Cycle: Partner with various HR teams to manage the employee journey, from onboarding and new hire orientation to performance management and offboarding.

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
  • 0 to 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
