ROLE SUMMARY
As Empolyee Life Cycle Specialist you will own day-to-day human resource maintenance within specific business groups and/or functions. Our goal is to ensure outstanding customer service in responding to questions and resolving issues, timely HR Systems employee life cycle data entry, electronic employee file and Human Resources records maintenance, and assistance with various Human Resources special projects.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Providing hands on support to the Human Capital Business Partners, Human Capital functional team and business employees in all areas to include SuccessFactors, reporting, payroll preprocessing and time keeping, and all other HR Operations activities.
  • Ensuring high quality Human Capital transactional data management. Owns employee data and accuracy.
  • Enable a culture of data accuracy and integrity by creating and implementing data maintenance processes and audits.
  • Support data corrections, organization changes, transfer of employees as well as participate in set up of Human Capital programs throughout the year.
  • Maintain the long-term integrity of the SuccessFactors Environment while being flexible and nimble to the business and new business requirements
  • Partner and collaborate with all HCDX team members to drive solutions and processes that are key to Human Capital operations solutions.
  • Support any internal and external audits regarding Human Resouces processes, ensuring compliance to existing audit standards, responding to, and complying with any internal/external investigations, audits, assessments.
  • Maintaining appropriate controls for information, files, data, etc.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in areas of HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits and HRIS
  • Understanding of shared services model and partnering both as a customer and provider.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Self-management skills
