As part of the SHARE Engagement Team, this position will support in the ongoing engagement of SHARE members with a focus on acquisition, cross-selling and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·         Campaign Design: Come up with creative marketing campaigns – both targeted and mass campaigns – to drive either acquisition, usage or retention

·         Customer Segments: Work with analytics teams to define customer segments and customer behaviors and test with various communications, offers and beyond

·         Offer Designs: Create various offer and contest designs, identify mass versus targeted offerings and lead on segmentation and execution of each

·         Communications Plan: Create and execute multi-channel communications for each campaign and offer plan - and executed as needed

·         Content Creation: Write, edit and proofread copy for all communications and vehicles within each campaign and/or offer execution

·         Reporting: On all campaign and offer tactics, lead reporting in collaboration with analytics teams and partners

·         Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners/agencies ensuring strong communication and collaboration throughout

 

Personal Characteristics And Required Background

·         6 – 8 years of experience in marketing, campaigns, lifecycle and/or segmentation

·         Proven success working on marketing campaigns from creation to execution

·         Strong understanding of customer segmentation within a marketing context

·         Ability to proficiently write and converse in English

·         Nice to have: Arabic Language
