Programme Delivery Analyst - Associate

Launched in September 2019, SHARE is Majid Al Futtaim’s Group loyalty programme in the UAE.

Building on two years of strong customer acquisition (2.2m members) and engagement (CES of 82%), SHARE is poised to enter a new and rapid phase of programme growth, driven through strong proposition enhancement, market expansion and the development of new product verticals. We seek to recruit an associate to help with the delivery of our programme of work and help on ensuring the implementation on our business architecture, ensuring the fulfilment of SHARE’s 5 year ambition.

 

 

 

Programme Delivery and Customer Experience

 

  • Support Programme Delivery: Provide support to the loyalty strategic programme delivery manager on the implementation of loyalty projects, helping to ensure they are executed as per the agreed timelines, quality, budget and that customer requirements are met.
  • Customer Experience Programme Quality: Ensure that the customer experience on loyalty projects is consistent with not only brand guidelines, but that the impact on the customer experience for all loyalty workstreams remains optimal, hitting the target of desired project outcomes.
  • Team Project Delivery Optimisation: Ensure the sound and efficient use of the ways of working (SAFe) against the use all the project/programme management toolset. Function as a team coach to ensure tha the aspired-to best practices for team efficiency.
  • Support stakeholder management: Work closely with your manager on engaging internal stakeholders regarding programme delivery.

 

Business Architecture Support

  • Business structure support: support the implementation of the next-state business operating model, coaching, supporting and guiding teams through the transitions to reach the target state. The objective is to ensure that the designed and approved model is soundly executed by engaging team leads and helping them reach the target.
  • Create a test & Learn environment: Design and develop a business simulation capability (Digital Twin) that enables rapid formulatulation of use cases to test, review and report on.
  • Ensure effective intra and inter BU communication: Establish effective communication and reporting channels with cross functional teams across the Group

 

Governance Support

  • Programme Governance Coach: Work with the team managers to understand, adopt and refine the programme governance framework of the loyalty business.
  • Innovation Evangelist: Instil a culture of continuous innovation to drive creative thinking across disciplines and functions.
  • Manage SHARE Risk Register: Own and manage the loyalty programme RAID, identifying and escalating programme risks and challenges and actively mitigating these through escalating to the programme lead whilst also collaborating across the business units.
  • Act as a conductor for knowledge sharing: Plan and facilitate knowledge sharing / coaching sessions with a focus on creating collaborative experiences and reinforcing best practices to enable and support business delivery teams.

Minimum experience

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role; loyalty experience preferred
  • Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working in high performance teams

 

Minimum Qualifications/education

  • Bachelors degree
  • Additional role related qualification preferred
