Role Purpose:

The Product Copywriter will be responsible for developing, editing and reviewing all product descriptions and details for THAT concept Store online platforms, bringing creativity and substance to web copy.


Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:


Financial & Standards


  • Write detailed and attractive product information with a distinct voice for digital communication for THAT Concept Store online platforms.
  • Stay abreast of Fashion trends and competition to ensure copy reflect the brands image and industry standards.
  • Research all THAT brand portfolio to ensure the copy is in line with the brands DNA.
  • Optimize content according to SEO.


  • Ensure all copy communicates a consistent voice and style throughout all forms of communications adherent to all brand and Company guidelines tone of voice.
  • Ensure all products copy are uploaded on the sites and App in a timely manner.
  • Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.


  • Keep the customer profile in mind while reviewing / editing copy content.
  • Build rapport with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver final output in line with requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelors’ degree in relevant field
  • Proficiency in English
