Role Purpose:

 

•    To enhance TAG customer experience at all locations and support in arranging guests’ meetings and events. 


Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


•    Provide enhanced customer experience for internal and external customers visiting all customer-facing locations
•    Ensure that TAG show villas, Sales & Experience Center and Customer Relations office are well maintained as per TAG standards on daily basis (cleanliness, climatization, scents...)
•    Create and continuously enhance the process to meet, greet and welcome customers at different locations
•    Arrange and handle all logistics for all meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; record meeting minutes; arrange F&B and stationary 
•    Accompany customers throughout their visits, ensuring that their needs are met by providing exceptional customer service / experience 
•    Liaise with IT when technical support is required for screen projections in all customer-facing locations
•    Conduct daily site inspections of all customers and guests’ locations and liaise with the Operations Team to address any matter that might arise in the different locations
•    Record, log and report on any property defect that is discovered whilst conducting daily duties
•    Manage all pantry supply purchase and pantry accessories and equipment based on business requirements
•    Manage housekeeping staff inside villas in terms of roster, allocation and needs, and the overall housekeeping inside the show village, sales & experience center, TAG site office and all the upcoming mockup’s villas

 

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:


•    Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification 
•    One – two years of experience in customer facing positions – Real Estate or High-end brands
•    Good interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients and third- party vendors while negotiating price and delivery
•    Professional and business etiquette expected at all times, in particular when dealing with third-party vendors and clients
