Online Merchandising Administrator

Role Purpose:

The Online Merchandising Administrator will be responsible for supporting the online Merchandisers with the administrative tasks related to online trade to create an exceptional online experience.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Operations

Financial & Standards

Customer

  • Responsible for uploading the approved content on the websites and Applications of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.
  • Selecting the stock required for Photo shoots from item list and liaising with the warehouse team for delivery.
  • Updating the dynamic Studio sheets regularly to ensure accurate data at all time.
  • Linking the product photos to the correct product information and details to ensure proper representation on the App & Website.
  • Work closely with the online merchandisers ensuring that all pages are effectively merchandised. Best sellers, key trends & stories are identified to achieve optimal sell through.
  • Assisting in gathering relevant product content from the suppliers and buying team to provide full representation of the brand on the App & Website.

 

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the online KPIs to support data analysis.
  • Meet and exceed the financial targets of online trading business.
  • Ensure stock is transferred in and out of studio in a timely manner
  • Manage Studio stock discrepancies and damages.
  • Keep track and optimize the Photo studio spend.
  • Quality checking images sent by the studio to ensure accuracy of shoot and styling
  • Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.

 

  • Ensure an understanding of customer trends and requirements to offer an optimal online customer journey.
  • Liaise with customer service team on common complaints and issues faced to better enhance and reduce future complaints.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to the Online Trade team, providing relevant and timely information for sound business decisions.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with the relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless Omni experience.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications / Education

  • High School Certificate

 

Experience

  • 1-2 years in an online merchandising role
  • Experience in the Fashion & Home business is an advantage
