Role Purpose:

This role will be part of a team, specifically tasked to drive and deliver the rollout of Majid Al Futtaim’s loyalty programme SHARE into multiple markets across MENA and to coordinate the delivery of any core product/feature required for market development.  In addition to managing the delivery of projects the roles will include supporting and executing key deliverables on behalf of Marketing, Operations and Partnerships functions.   

 

The GTM Delivery Manager will also work closely with the SMEs within the SHARE team and across the relevant Majid Al Futtaim Business Units (BUs), to ensure the smooth and timely launch of SHARE into selected markets and the launch of other core features/products.  

 

 

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

  • Be responsible for overall project management including project governance, identifying project plans and dependencies, tracking delivery and producing project reporting.
  • Keep stakeholders and senior management informed of project progress and risks
  • Ensure customer personas, experience and journeys are developed and mapped in-conjunction with CX designers
  • Work with SHARE and BU SMEs to identify and document requirements for all go-to-market features and capabilities and work with key stream leads to ensure delivery is as per agreed timelines, quality, budget and requirements
  • Work closely with the Business Systems delivery team to align technical delivery plan with the broader project plan
  • Work closely with finance to track costs against the business plan, ensure business plans is updated as required
  • Support the establishment of legal and corporate structures for the programme to operate in new markets
  • In collaboration with SMEs, support and execute marketing, operations and partnership requirements where required, including but not limited to market research coordination, marketing and frontline training events and communications
  • Partnerships responsibilities will include market research, partner identification and managing conversation as well as ongoing partner management
  • Regular co-ordination with in-market BU stakeholders to ensure Businesses are trained and geared up for launch in their stores
  • Document key learnings to refine approach for subsequent market launches

Other Context (if applicable):

 

  • It is SHARE’s intention to rollout one market after the other – with the first new market launching in November 2021.
  • It is our intention to rollout two markets in 2022 subject to budgets being signed off

Minimum experience

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • 3+ years in a project management role; loyalty experience preferred
  • Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Team management and development experience

 

Minimum Qualifications/education

  • Bachelors degree
  • Masters degree or MBA preferred
  • Additional role related qualification preferred
  • English speaking, Arabic a plus
