Role Purpose:

The role will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders within the Marketing Function.

These stakeholders include: B2B Marketing, PR & Communication and Loyalty.

The role requirement includes the support needed to deliver on the B2B, B2C Communications Strategy and corporate/key events and Loyalty.

 

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

 B2B Marketing:

• Generate of all related paperwork such as L.P.O.s, PARs, etc., for related activities, in addition to overseeing and coordinating the development and production of any internal / external newsletters, mall magazines, etc.

• Oversee the coordination and production of any in B2B program, monitor content and manage the information in keeping with the overall brand/positioning.

• Work closely with the B2B Marketing Senior Manager to ensure that all retailer’s strategic projects are communicated effectively in appropriate media platforms.

• Assist in creating all Tenants communication material such as Newsletters, digital Brochures, presentations, and create/manage the archive of digital assists i.e images, reports, contact lists, and Data/insights/studies.

• Provide all necessary data / reports on a periodic basis pertaining to marketing activities to the Leasing Team after the B2B Senior Manager Marketing validation, resolutions of issues and prompt decision making.

• Conduct regular business reviews with Tenants to monitor relationship, re-affirm strategies linked to needs and operational and/or personal value created for the Tenants.

• Meet with mid level Tenant management to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.

• Whenever possible, to support tenants is understanding and developing Customer Database opportunities.

 

PR, Communication & Events:

• Follow up on the delivery of contractual PR commitments from PR agencies across the region

• Support in standards and guidelines for events conducted by extended marketing teams across the portfolio

• Act as an additional point of contact for crisis communication management

• Provide On-ground support for events execution

• Develop regular reports and updates on areas of direct responsibility, including and not limited to, PR activities and monitoring reports, and communications pillars

• Provide strict governance over financial monitoring and control for contractual agreements and costs in relation to Communication and Events.

 

Loyalty:

• Coordinate all campaigns between SMBU and MAF Holding SHAE team, there will be a mix of major A campaigns which will take a lot of time to plan to Ad-Hoc weekly campaigns which require a quick turn around with SHARE

• Manage SHARE campaign timelines for all UAE malls

• Gather all content, creative, KPI, budgets

• Help in defining the target segments per campaign related to the Loyalty Program (SHARE)

• Administer the budgets for each campaign related to the Loyalty Program (SHARE)

• Post campaign insights and reporting

 

Common Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and proactively communicating with the respective stakeholders on existing, new development including finance, Leasing, and asset management, operations and other stakeholders as needed

• Assist in developing and strengthening relationships with media executives across the region. Lend the required support to marketing team, malls regional cluster teams and others to ensure all media engagement activities are coherent and in line with the strategic messages and guidelines set in COE Comms

• Support in arranging retailer’s meeting on a monthly basis

• Ensure compliance with the MAFP SMBU’s Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.

Minimum Qualifications/education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Minimum experience

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ work experience in role preferably in a reputed Retail / Real Estate companies in GCC or abroad
