Role Purpose:


The Product Manager Lead is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.

The Product Manager Lead needs to work with all relevant internal stakeholders (mall management, mall marketing, leasing, etc.) to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager Lead will manage a team of Product Managers to ensure the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.



Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:




•Responsible for all activities of successfully taking the product to market - write user stories, solve customer-facing problems, etc.

• Define the product strategy and roadmap.

• Accountable for the roadmap that guides and monitors the development and launch plan for all products (websites/applications).

• Responsible of accepting the product before going to the market.

• Facilitate trainings to mall operation teams.

• Define the requirements for business Intelligence & Analytics opportunities.  

• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.

• Perform product demos to stakeholders.

• Have regular pulse checks to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.


Financial & Standards:


• Identify and highlight business risks and issues and articulate the impact of these on the product or project delivery.

• Monitor, measure and report product performance post Go Live, identifying any opportunities for enhancement or change to relay back to business and developers.

• Work with the relevant Majid Al Futtaim businesses to identify ways and means to use data to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.

• Support digital marketing efforts, planning and launching digital initiatives to drive traffic to the website and thereby contribute to and enhance sales.



• Nurture cross functional relationships and establish rapport for meaningful on-going discussions to achieve the optimal end product result.

• Establish a strong working relationship with external partners / tech developers.

• Stay up to date on customer trends / preferences, online behavior as well as emerging technologies, translating that to valuable enhancement of the product.

Qualifications / Education

• Graduate in business or Tech field

• Digital marketing education / background is an added advantage
