Job Purpose: To provide overall support to Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions Human Capital Department with focus on seven key areas that will help drive the foundational elements needed for the function. Department support includes but not limited to; Data reporting, maintaining accuracy of records in SF, creating/enhancing existing human capital policies, drafting employee communications, creation and execution of the assimilation plan, supporting HC Operations activities and execution of other special projects.

 

Job Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Data Reporting:

  • To ensure all required data is reported to key stakeholders in a timely manner
  • To ensure all employee data maintained in Success Factors is accurate o
  • Human Capital Policies: To drive the human capital policies for GS 
  • Human Capital Communications:To ensure all Human Capital communications are rolled out to the right groups in GS
  • Human Capital Special Projects: To drive special projects as and when assigned by HCBP from initiation to execution

Human Capital Operational Activities

  • Pre-Recruitment: To request & follow up on JD evaluation from the TR team 
  • Recruitment: Conduct the HC Round of Interview as per the RACI matrix
  • Onboarding: To support all other operational onboarding activities on the ground
  • Employee Life Cycle: Requesting transfer forms, rebadge letters, salary revision letters, change in line manager letters etc. from the TR team and then requesting for the same to be effective on SF
  • Head Count confirmation to the payroll team every month o Handing over salary cheques for new joiners every month
  • Offboarding: Signoff on the clearance form (requirement from the payroll team) to confirm the exit of the employee
  • Sharing of the Exit Interview Form link and conducting exit interview with leavers as per the RACI Matrix.
  • Emiratization: Provide full support to the HCBP to follow and implement the NAFIS Programme and ensure that GS meets its NAFIS Targets
  • Ensure that the NAFIS reporting tool is updated at all times

  • Minimum experience 3+ years in Human Resources
  • Minimum Qualifications/education University Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration Any other certification in Human Resources is acceptable
