Role Purpose:

 

HC Delivery Lead is a critical role in driving organizational transformation of HC function through Digitalization, systems landscape consolidation and technology support.

 

HC Delivery Lead is expected to steer realization of vision for HC digital services from HC and Global Solutions Leadership. Champion adoption of HC systems’ best practices. It is expected that the HCD Lead will take part in setting up the required governance, processes and methods for HC Digitalization Initiatives. HCD Lead along with HCDX COE will work closely with business teams and the technical teams including service providers, in translating business digitalization needs through new product features and/or enhancements.

 

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

Key responsibilities expected from this role include but are not limited to following:

  • Plan and Lead HC Digitalization initiatives across HC streams ranging from Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning Management, HC Operations, Reward and Compensation, Payroll, People Analytics to Employee Experience
  • Deliver frameworks, standards, processes and governance while partnering with key stakeholders to drive practical solutions which improve service delivery and cost of service
  • Align HC strategy and digitalization roadmap with HC and GS Leadership
  • Coordinate with HCDX COE to plan and prioritize HC Digitalization initiatives
  • Set expectations of HC Leadership with regards to Digitalization journey
  • Lead and ensure successful delivery of agreed digitalization initiatives and projects.
  • Facilitate HCDX COE to Drive Communications and Change Management
  • Facilitate HCDX COE with HC Systems related employee training and development initiatives
  • Track key HC Metrics to drive system adoption and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate HCDX COE with planning and presenting HC Digitalization budget
  • Validate change requests raised by each business stream to conduct impact analysis and ensure adherence to overall solution design and system architecture
  • Facilitate People Analytics team to integrate HC systems data to central grid and develop use case insights for HC Leadership
  • Ensure the agreed governance model is enforced and followed across OPCOs and HC streams
  • Practice service level agreements (SLA's) in relation to service area of responsibility, ensuring the SLA's are achieved; service quality and internal customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Work with service operations teams to ensure Incident, Problem and Change management processes are delivering required outcomes.
  • Recruit and manage the high performing team by defining job responsibilities, KPIs, conducting performance reviews and trigger corrective action where needed, as well as coaching, mentoring and team building. Identify and implement industry best practices for the team.
