Role Purpose:

The role is for a high-performing individual that will help increase the brands acquisition and revenue growth targets. The role will be responsible for acquiring new tenants, establishing partner relationships and identifying and  onboarding of tenants and 3rd Party Brands.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Establish Partner relationships and secure acquisitions in line with the business overall targets.
  • Identify and Onboard the tenants and 3rd Party Brands to provide consumers with an authoritative, market leading assortment
  • Design and implement a clear strategy to build a compelling portfolio of market leading and emerging Brands for a multi category offering
  • Define and deliver all Partner assessment criteria and approvals
  • Partner sourcing to compliment portfolio and strategy
  • Deliver Partner acquisition, enrolment and system onboarding to deliver agreed target and assessment/approval criteria
  • Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of all tenants in an ever-changing business environment
  • Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Identify key business opportunities for the territory allocated to you and manage toward a growth plan
  • Cater for the business needs proactively on all fronts or as and when set by line management
  • Build Leasing and Marketing relationships as a source of information and support
  • Represent Account Management team in initial discussions and facilitate handover for onboarding


Functional/Technical Competencies:

  • Display keen interest in technology and innovation
  • Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
  • Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Thorough working knowledge of intermediate to advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic (preferable)
  • Passion for Online Retail and dedication for the elevation of consumer experiences in the Digital world
  • Strong internal and external relationship building ability for mutual achievements
  • Demonstrate previous success in building sales and revenue in a Commerce environment
  • Experience in resource planning and leading a team to success
  • Facilitate Business development and technical enhancement
  • Utilise data and analytics to drive success, including Technology performance, Partner performance and experience improvements

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

Minimum Qualifications/education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Commerce or equivalent

Minimum experience

  • Minimum 5-7 Year work experience in a reputed Retail company
