Operation Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards and monitor regularly through audit and quality checks as per operational requirements
  • Work within operational procedures to ensure food and beverage preparation process remain within company and municipality guidelines
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts against purchases and reconcile receipts with sales figures
  • Prepare beverages in accordance with set standards and recipes
  • Complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items including Coffee
  • Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the
    customer ‘s expectations.
  • Take and process customer ‘s orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines
  • Ensure food/beverage quality and consistency is delivered at all times as per brand guidelines and
    company standards
  • Maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater for customer

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
  • Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications/Education

  • High school Degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Minimum experience

  • 0-2 years operational experience in relevant role in F&B


  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
  • Adapt in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent listening abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • English (Full professional proficiency - Required); Arabic is preferable
