Asst Manager Logistics

The Logistic assistant manager is responsible for supporting the DC supply chain function /team by handling the day to day supplier management and administrative related tasks.  

Supplier Management

  • Prepare purchase orders to suppliers based on customer orders and/or sourcing managers purchase requisitions
  • Follow up with suppliers and 3PL warehouse for delivery of products to customers
  • Follow-up with suppliers for timely invoice submissions
  • Check supplier invoices with proof of deliveries and make entries in system
  • Ensure data entry accuracy and completeness in system

Administrative

  • Retrieve documents, records, reports and maintain records management database
  • Perform general office duties while answering and directing calls or taking messages
  • Manage schedule with all meetings and appointments including appropriate resources and logistics for meetings

Human Capital Responsibilities

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
  • Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions

 

Financial Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of procedures in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA)
