Associate Manager, Digital Marketing - temp (4 months)

Role Purpose:

The Associate Digital Manager purpose is to  Plan all digital marketing campaigns for Mall of the Emirates , including Omnichannel, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Social Media
  • Handle social media for MOE for all social platforms from briefing content calendars, reviews to execution
  • Creating content for social through reels, static and videos – liaise with retailers and LOWE agency for productions shoots
  • Ideate, review and approve all social media pieces of content – assets and captions
  • Develop specific social media content for mall marketing campaign creation
  • Keep track of all social platforms – analytics and reporting ensuring meeting KPI’s
  • On ground coverage for pop up’s – luxury and mall activations
  • Create new content concepts for omni services – Digital Concierge,, Live Shopping, Personal Stylist etc.
  1. Digital Marketing
  • Develop SEM plan and track on going search keywords
  • Work with agency on enhancing the ads through site links, copy etc
  • Add SEM structure for new services on the website
  • Omni – ensuring targeting right keywords to shop up on Google ads
  1. Website
  • Ensure campaigns creatives are updated on through event pages
  • Enhancements on website and MOE App
  • Brand content – receive requests through email to update brand content on the website
  • Brief and create webpages for specific tier 1 campaigns – Autumn Winter, Spring Summer, Festive
  • Work with COE team on omni projects – marketing the services online through paid media and social
  • Review and approve new and updated MOE website design and UAT Testing for new changes and updates on website
  1. CVM
  • Analyse data from dashboards and work with analytics and SHARE team on campaigns
  • Develop CVM campaign offers, create the artwork and ensure execution of the campaign
  • Send the emailers out and target database on social media through GCR Id’s
  1. Omni
  • Create new and ongoing development video content and Digital Concierge to drive awareness for each of the services
  • Work with accounts team to create focus collections to be highlighted on social for the month
  • Ensuring SEM strategy is executed for
  • Develop omni layers to integrate into main mall marketing campaigns
  1. Emailer & EMSP  
  • Work with Cisco team to send emailers for all mall and omni campaigns
  • Filter and target audience basis each campaign
  • Work with analytics team for specific GCR Id campaigns and ensure data is uploaded for relevant targeting
  • Create UTM links and check test emailers for content and linking to landing pages are working
  • Set up on system EMSP’s for in mall and omni campaigns with call to action links
  1. Paid Media
  • Brief in marketing campaigns, review and approve budgets
  • Always on approach – create assets, UTM’s and ensure ads are live with correct targeting
  • Campaigns – try new platforms for digital advertising
  • Continuously track the performance of each post and optimize accordingly
