JOB TITLE
Customer Service Officer - Emirati | MAF Entertainment | Global Snow

ROLE SUMMARY
Supervise the team on the site and ensures the daily operation, maintenance and safety. Ensures highest customer service at all times Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi

ROLE PROFILE

• Ensure proficient up to date knowledge of Global Snow products, promotions and services
• Perform suggestive selling and advise and assist customers with sales and bookings
• Handle customer complaints and queries
• Keep your workplace safe, clean and presentable at all times
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by your Manager
• Protect their own health, safety and wellbeing and anyone or anything that may be affected by their acts or omissions

REQUIREMENTS

• Be available to work shifts, and on weekends and public holidays as per the roster
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Minimum High School Certificate
