Super-Market Store Manager 

Job Responsibility:

 

  • Lead & manage the performance of store including sales, margins, stock level, procurement, budgeting & customer’s service.
  • Develop & defined store goals & objectives.
  • Prepare annual budget for the store; formulate & implemented effective business strategies to achieve sales & revenue growth objectives of the organization.
  • Monitor & control expenses through efficient store operations; focusing on achieving top-line & bottom-line targets of the store.
  • Reviewing the performance of Managers/Staff, assessed the sales results achieved during the year, and accordingly developing sales strategy for the upcoming year.
  • Conduct market surveys, monitor competitors’ activities, understand their marketing & products strategies, & provided inputs to the HO team for developing effective sales strategies.
  • Lead the team, delegate tasks to team members, maintaining a positive work environment & motivated team members to achieve assigned targets or pre-defined business objectives.
  • Accountable for heading the overall operations of the store including overseeing staff, merchandising, maintaining stocks, forecasting sales, recruiting new employees & providing excellent customer service.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Experience: Three to Five years as section manager in Food Sections.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Very Good command of reading, writing and speaking English
