ROLE SUMMARY

The position is responsible to manage operations team and supporting Mall manager in delivering the targeted business results. 

 

ROLE PROFILE

  • Manage the collection and analysis of the sales information from retailers with a key focus on turnover rent retailers. In addition to collecting insurance information as per the lease agreement.

  • Act as a liaison with all Government and Semi-Government organizations and authorities with regards to any issues related to the mall’s day-to-day, short-term and long-term requirements.

  • Maintain excellent retailer communication and awarness of the terms of their leases, encourage their compliance to inspect all tenancies and identify usage clause violations, verify and ensure compliance to agreements.

  • Conduct all required operation, on duty tasks, and corrective actions to grant the implementation of the Asset Plan Initiatives.
  • Effectively & efficiently managing and coaching the team to achieve business targeted results of OPEX, CAPEX Budget and achieve optimization in managing soft service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties Shopping Malls Business Unit Code of Conduct, departmental policies and Human Capital policies and procedures at all times.

  • Be the advocate and ambassador of aligning and cascading the MAFP values across SMBU and ensure that it is adhered to and exhibit the same all the time.

 

REQUIRMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Facilty Management with back ground in soft and hard services.
  • Industries: Shopping Malls or Hospitality
  • Experience in Pest Control and managing service providers 
  • Excellent communication skills
