About the role:

 

Title: Head of Omni Channel - Egypt

Reporting to: COO / Country manager & to SVP – Omni-Channel Solutions & Supply Chain

Managing/Leading: Head of Customer Insight and Analytics, Head of E-Commerce & Products, Head of Operation, Head Fulfilment, Head of Omni-Channel in small countries  (mainly 2 countries)

 

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

As the Head of Omni Channel - Egypt you will be the ' entrepreneur in-house’ and build and execute the next generation of digital customer offerings in Egypt. You will,

 

Develop business KPIs, in line with our ambition

 

  • Build impactful teams
  • Operate as an expert of local market
  • Drive e-commerce agenda in the broader MAF organisation; with significant responsibility for digital transformation of the organisation
  • Own P&L for the country e-commerce business
  • Significant and continuous improvement of customer offerings and market growth
  • You will possess deep knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector as well as demonstrate drive and ambition to perform. You will demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve ambitious goals in a fast paced environment

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

 

Minimum Qualifications/education

  • Bachelor degree/MBA

 

Preferred qualifications

 

After earning your outstanding degree/MBA at a top university, you have gained work experience in a top-tier consulting firm, Investment Banking, and/or in successful and top scaled start-ups. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements. Beyond your managerial skills, you have strong structuring and analytical skills with the ability to set up efficient business processes and manage P&L. Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector as well as your high drive and ambition to perform are impressive. Independence, flexibility and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile
