Role Purpose:

Responsible of designing assets and conceptualizing campaigns related to Carrefour communication, in accordance to Carrefour Branding and Communication Guidelines

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Create concepts based on given briefs , reflecting the brand guidelines, tone of voice and look

and feel of the Brand

  • Create and Design key visuals and communication assets for Marketing Campaigns
  • Create adaptations of key visuals on various offline and online communication channels
  • Understand and apply bilingual content
  • Align with the ongoing campaigns deadlines to ensure on time delivery of projects
  • Ensure visual harmony and understand the requirements and the specifications of different communication channels
  • Ensure compliance with Carrefour guidelines
  • Friendly and positive with Colleagues and Teams
  • Confident and willing to work in a dynamic and multicultural working environment
  • Serve and remain committed to Carrefour Values
  • Understanding marketing communication objectives and consider them at the designing approach decisions
  • Develop a healthy professional relationship with the teams and colleagues to facilitate the content development and finalizations at the given deadlines

Functional/Technical Competencies


  • Proficiency in InDesign, illustrator and Photoshop , in MAC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Photo Editing
  • Web Design and Social Media Content creation (Optional)
  • Creative and willing to take on new challenges and passionate about making things happen
  • A good eye on details
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment without comprising on quality

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

Minimum Qualifications/education

Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design


Minimum experience

5+ years  in Graphic Design preferably in Retail

2+ years in a corporate environment


Preferred Languages

English (Full professional proficiency - Required)

Arabic (Full professional proficiency – A Plus)
