The Customer Care and Services Officer is responsible for the day to day operations related to customer care and services. The Role holder is also responsible to attend to customer queries and ensuring implacable service

Customer Service

 Provide guidance to customers when required

 Solve basic complaints

 Assist with exchanges and refunds when applicable

 Follow guidelines and procedures to ensure impeccable service

Human Capital Responsibilities

Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work

 Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions

Financial Responsibilities

 Ensure alignment of procedures in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA)
