Majid Al Futtaim's inaugural learning week, "LearnUp! - Creating the future," attracted a diverse group of participants globally. Attendees engaged in a range of topics, from AI to analytical thinking.

The Women in Leadership and Allyship Academies targets female leaders across MAF at senior management level and above.
The objective of the Women in Leadership Academy is to forge a powerful network of female leaders who uplift each other, harnessing their unique strengths to elevate leadership excellence across Majid Al Futtaim. It also develops a cohort of male leaders who engage in active allyship, advocating for women and amplifying their voices.
